Aquariums: Are these snail eggs? About 1mm, maybe a bit less in diameter. I tried to remove them but they’re stuck on and quite hard. What to do?

Do you have nerite snails? They usually do this where they lay in bunch of spots and are notorious for being hard to remove. They won’t hatch since they need very specific conditions that isn’t normal in freshwater tanks

If they are, I’ve heard that they won’t stop laying and you’ll have to track down the female if you don’t want more eggs to pop around and look unpleasant
