My camera may hate focusing on her, but I can’t stop. She’s so much more energetic than my old man Smoppy ever was, I kinda feel bad 😅
People who’ve owned both males and females, which do you prefer generally?

Curently owning 3 males 5 females. Both sides have their pros and cons. I like that the males are just chilling in general and tend to find the most complicated places to rest in the most bizzare placements (i cant count how many times I had the scare that they have passed away but turned out that they were sleeping). Females are more interesting to watch as they are more active in my experience and more curious. However it depends on the fish, one of the females is tame and preffers to chill (not as much as the boys but still), the other one will kill ya if given the chance and she has the moves and speed of a true predatr (but tiny). Vice versa one of the males is actually very active (might be the age he is quite young). I wanna say I preffer both male and female gimme all the tanks I need them all ahhahaha…nah girls if you want more active fish, boys if you want a chiller buddy (no guarantii tho).
