Posted a video of him earlier and I decided to take a nap for more or less two hours. When I stood out of my bed I realized he was not in his tank, he managed to jump out of his tank and into the floor. Thankfully, I didn't step on him when I was panicking. He was just a little bit dry and dirty when I recovered him, immediately returned him to his tank as I prepared a small recovery tank which he is in now (water level is at 3-4 inches). It is filled with water that had been soaking up indian almond leaves for a few days and I added some more leaves in the tank. He's moving but I can tell that he is weak atm and is probably stressed, his head is always tilted to the top of the water. I was just wondering what else can I do so I can ensure that he have a full recovery, thank you! (I also added some rock salt in the said recovery tank)
