Does anyone know what this might be? I just noticed tonight that one of my betts fins has a green stripe.I recently added a new plant, but I made sure to sanitize with hydrogen proxide, before planting them. I also made sure to wash the plants off with fresh water. I also noticed, That over the last couple months under the Beta's mouth has become discolored. Although the people at my local fish, told me that they believe it's something to be concerned about.

I’ve had my tank for about 6 months, As well as the beta.
• How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?:
When I do a water change I change about 20%. I changed the water about once every 1or 2 weeks. I started by taking 20% of the water out washing the sponge filter in the tank water. I fill with tap water that my town gets from an aquafer. Local fish store says the water is safe with decorator.
I also just did a deep cleaning last week

Dried bloodworms, and recently have been feeding my fish Nova, as well as the shrimp, frozen brine shrimp.
• Decorations and plants in the tank:
I have plastic decor but have been moving over to live plants. I’ve made sure to clean the plans with hydrogen proxide. Last plant was added 2 weeks ago before the green line appeared.
