Aquariums: Anybody know what these are?

I found these while vacuuming gravel. The ones in the first 2 pictures were vacuumed out and the one in the last picture was not taken out because it kept going to the bottom of the gravel. I saw a few of the last one. I also found a few small reddish colored worms that i wasnt able to get a picture of.
