Have had no luck recently at my go-to spots near Pittsburgh. Drove an hour north to a creek that was recommended by my local outfitters, and man was it worth it! Caught 6 beautiful Bows and 6 Creek Chubs.
Had three other Bows on that got off, one of which was arguably the biggest trout I had on today. Unfortunately, it spit the hook out just before I got it in the net. That one gave me an insane fight! Cleared the air and all. Today gave me such a greater appreciation for these beautiful creatures.
Last shot was a little quick photo op I decided to take advantage of with Fall in full swing. Cheers friends!
