My aquarium is now 8 months old, and I recently added a background light. To my surprise, it has completely transformed the look of the tank. What are your thoughts on using background lighting in an aquarium?

God, I love those plants. How the hell do you guys manage to grow them like this? I mean, mine grow decently, but not like that. I do have Co2, liquid fertilizer and fertilizer capsules, but still, great stuff there.

The red one looks sick. Only if it had intensity adjustment, it would have looked like the sun rising in the background 🤪
