Just wanted to share my recent experience with lews. I had a reel seat break, which is part of the frame. Called customer service and sent it off to them. I hadn’t heard anything for 5-6 weeks so I called back to check on it and the guy said. “We’re sorry we’ve been waiting on a part and we’ll get it to you as soon as it comes in”. Literally 5 days later an all new reel arrives at my door. I think it’s rare in this day and age that companies stand behind their products like this. My original reel was about 2 yrs old by the way.
