Nah that’s not too bad. Just take it to a local tackle shop and they’ll put a new tip or the old tip on the end. You’ll lose an inch or two but it’ll be fine.

Just get a replacement rod tip eye, you just put hot glue or super glue into it and place it over the broken tip, you can get a multi size pack of replacement eye tips on Amazon

Lucky it’s not much of the tip. You can get replacement rod tip guides from Amazon for under $10 in a variety pack and use hot glue to put a new one on. You could also use epoxy but hot glue stick is preferred
Had the tip break on my 10ft Okuma Longitude. Fixed it with a $10 kit from amazon, since then the rod has still landed sharks, rays, tuna and large jacks. Its an easy fix

Buy a new tip.top.amd some heat set tip top glue. You’ll be fishing again in 2 minutes.

You can fix it but it will effect sensitivity and casting distance if you care about that sort of thing. Not by a huge amount but if you fish a lot enough to make you wanna buy a different rod

Could be worse. If more than an inch or 2 is lost, you would lose a lot of sensitivity. Not much is lost here so a simple tip replacement should have it working pretty much like normal. You can get a repair kit with a couple of new tip tops and hot glue included.
