I think you should euthanise him. He’s in pain and clearly distressed. You need to at least take him out of there and put him somewhere dark by himself. But if my experience tells me anything that looks like possible clove oil time. I’m sorry op.

Unfortunately he is too far gone to save. I had this happen to mine and he only lasted a couple days in a hospital tank before passing away. If you can save him absolutely try but be prepared to give him a proper burial. Hope that helps
