Yeah, but when I had cories I read something that said this will balance out, because the big belly will keep them from eating until the big belly is gone… So they’ll overeat, get chubby, can’t eat, get slender, over and over.

I have one like this and he’s the oldest boy (he came with the tank I “inherited” five years ago from a sibling who was moving and couldn’t take it with them). He’s huge and chunky as hell and likes to lay sideways and make me think he’s dead, but no, he’s just lazily plonking on a piece of leaf. All the other ones are normally shaped so I’m not too concerned, just let him live his best retired life.
