Looking to build a 6 kayak trailer (1720 gvwr} out dimensional PT lumber and black pipe. Drawings are very close to scale. Lmk what y'all think and if you have any advice. I need it to be modular and be to take it part, use as utility trailer, and also fold for storage.

This is what I'm trying mimick. Also used a tube calculator and given the dimensions and thickness of the pipe using astm a53 steel pipe which is close to schedule 40, the calculator says it can hold weight with the upper racks quite well statically. It was approximately 7.9 something anything less that one is a failure. At 7.9 dynamic weight should hold fine
