I do water changes weekly, and I'm battling a bout of blue-green algae in his planted tank.
I have not added any treatments yet (cleanfix, etc.) , but plan to if the black out and tiny bubbler don't help.
I just freak out when I think I see something off.
Do the pictures look concerning?
Should I try fasting him?
(His stringy tips of his top fin have always been like that so it's not fin rot, and his tail tips are deep dark blue so again not fin rot ((took me 2 vet visits to figure that out)).

He ain’t even that chubby to be honest! Definitely not dropsy, you’d see a lot more bloating and quick change in behavior.
His weight looks good, no need to
worry.
