Don’t know if iam right here in this forum. Found this fish in our local aquarium in a zoo. He was moving not much so it was hard to make other fotos. First I thought he are something that was too big for him. But later I thought his head was longer then this whatever it looks like. It wasn’t stuck to the ground. It was stuck to the fish

That looks like a pleco, I’m not sure what you mean by the head thing but some plecos have bristles on their head, it’s normal I think he should be ok if that’s the only thing

Bristlenose pleco
It does seem to have some issue with it’s eyes but its head is supposed to look like that, helps it find food and move around in murky water.
Cthulhu Mimic aka Male Bristlenose pleco. They are more or less whiskers.
