I think it is a tad bit “overfilled” but I clean the tank regularly and good filter , is there a fish or something that will eat all the actual shit off the bottom or do I gotta clean it myself with the vacuum every time

As you said, it’s overcrowded. Not a tad but a bunch. Over stalking isn’t necessarily about how clean you can keep the tank, but fish need territories space to swim, and hiding spots (things that currently lack in the tank)

There is no fish that will be willing to eat shit, I mean would you? lmao. Real plants are great to help keep water clean but with the amount of fish you have you will still need to clean it very often

My advice? Consider researching proper tank size for the fish you have a returning ones you cannot keep, or getting more tanks! (always love starting fresh with a new tank, considering this is your 6th time changing the tank starting a new project might be good!) Play around with hardscape, large rocks and logs to add hiding spots!

There’s really not a fish who will eat poop. If you would like to do less gravel vac, feed your tank less or have a lot more plants. A LOT more.

Put in a lot of plants for the poop troubles. Could add in snails to help keep the aquarium clean and maybe if the aquarium is densely planted it might not feel overstocked then.
Unfortunately the fishes you have all get territorial at some point so you need a good amount of space for them to be happy.
