Had a myself overwhelmingly exhausting salmon trip this year to the Great Lakes. Lots of heat and not many fish around yet but landed about two dozen or so kings and these gorgeous coho that made it all worth it. Always hit or miss planning around the weather. 5 miles a day over 4 days to get away from people and on some fish.
