It's hard to see but my betta has what looks like raised scales? They were not there before and idk if it's some kind of growth or what. He seems to be a little less active than usual and doesn't eat as often. Any suggestions? Sorry the picture aren't great but he's a moving target.

It could be a tumor. One of my girls started out with a spot of raised scales that just kept growing into a tumor.
