The main species target for myself was salmon because their at the peak time here in the St.Clair river in Sarnia Ontario but much to my surprise I caught this guy whose a decent size with delicious pink meat, I cannot be anymore impressed with my myself

that delicious pink meat is perfect for grilling, or you could pan-sear it with some lemon and herbs for a tasty meal.
