Is it usual to not catch much with this big a lake? Could it be my bait?
Just started fishing about 3 months ago and I’ve had some pretty shit luck with every place I go. I’ve changed my bait from lures to smelly bait and still just the usual baby fish’s come up to nibble. Any tips?
It can be hard bank fishing a big lake like that because you can’t cover very much of it on foot. So you’re sort of left to hope that you and a fish cross paths. The more you fish it though the better you’ll get at identifying and also remembering spots that are good.
