Aquariums: Native tank advice

i’ve started up this little native tank with just snails and some plants from the river, does anyone know what type of plant this could be? any advice for keeping natives? i don’t plan on any fish, but the snails i have are highly invasive which is why i didn’t put them back. will i need to feed this tank, or will it create its own eco system??? also, the plants i have were rooted in mud.. they are not rooted in my tank but if i DO root them, would liquid fertilizer work for rooted plants as well? thanks!
