Baitcaster noob. Is this a good lure for my setup? Or should I go heavier?

Kastking royale legend II baitcaster
20lbs braid main 12lbs fluoro leader

I’m catching some fish, and casting decent. But I want to cast farther. I’m really liking these mepps spinners
