I don’t think you need to take anything out but it definitely needs some different plants added! Variety is the spice of aquariums.
For some easy but nice plants that will add variety, try ludwigia repens, water wisteria, moneywort, hygrophila cordata. Or hop on over to just about any aquatic plant online shop and they usually have a beginner or low tech category
