Betta Fish: Name and plant suggestions!

I just got my betta yesterday and he is a spicy one! Does anyone have any idea what to name him? My idea was Togarashi, after the Japanese spice

Also open to tank suggestions, I want to add in more plants to give it a jungle feel, which plants would you recommend? Tank is 7.5 gallons
