I have a couple neon tetras I need to catch because I want to isolate them as they appear to be getting the same sickness as others I've seperated already, but the only way I can is if I take all the plants and ornaments out then I still struggle without scaring all the fish. Any pro tips?

Use 2nets, one steady on the bottom, next to the glass, the other for chasing them in the first
Catching fish will always scare the fish so I wouldn’t worry too much. Maybe try get them against the glass so you don’t have to tip everything out?
I usually do feeding times, when they’re all at the surface
