My betta had a large wound on her side. I noticed it maybe 5 days ago. She was doing fine until yesterday morning. She has been declining since.
I have her in a hospital tank and I am treating her daily with melafix. Tank parameters are good. Will do a water change after a week, as per the instructions on the bottle. I started treating her yesterday morning when I noticed her decline.
The wound has some white-ish stuff in it. It doesn’t look fungal. The white stuff seems pretty solid. It also looks like her abdomen might be a bit bloated.
