  1. Spanish mackerel. Nice catch. If within size limit and keeping to eat, it is a bit oily but I love it roasted with lemon and herbs. Meat breaks down relatively quickly as most blue meat fish so best to bleed it and eat within a day or two. It is high in mercury so maybe not a great idea for kids or pregnant women.
