Thats a gambusia, also known as a “mosquito fish”. Looks like a western one.
They are great fish if you want to keep them. Quite hardy too. Similar to guppies, with the behavior similar to ricefish. They are livebearers and breed seasonally. So pretty fun to have in like a mini pond or planted aquarium.
However, they are aggressive towards other fish, so not as peaceful for community settings. Don’t keep them with anything that cant keep up with them, and def don’t keep them with guppies.
