I need advice about a mangled screw on a Daiwa Tatula model reel. Customer wants me to ”save the reel.” Drilling the screw out is near impossible.

    Why can’t you drill it? Seems easy enough.

    You could try to cut a slot in it with a Dremel for a flat head.
