A beautiful day for fishing in a small lake that was used actively for farming grass for silage back in the days, they used to manipulate the water level but has now been untouched for decades.

The whole lake is around 0.5 – 1m deep so mainly top water lures and shatter-baits are used.

Caught a couple small 0,5kg pike and then landed this decent one around 5kg and 85-90cm.

Lovely feeling knowing the lake is untouched due to being located at our private property.
