It’s a sunfish swim bait. Honestly these types of lures are better at catching fishermen than fish in my experience.

Pretty sure that’s a Lunkerhunt Propbait. Their attempt of a hybrid between a hollow body frog and a whopper plopper. I have one from a mystery tackle box and have never tied it on because it seemed really gimmicky, so I can’t offer any insight on effective methods to fish it.

Find a pond covered in lily pads or duckweed and work it across the surface in short jerking motions, stopping for a couple seconds every few pulls. You’ll find a bass eventually.
