Its overspooled at the top, I would take some line off or its going to tangle. Maybe try casting in yiur back yard and see if it tangles or not.

Seems like the issue is at the top. A bit extra but just fish it. You should be fine.

It has not been spooled correctly and has more line at the lip than the skirt of the spool. Look at the oscillation of the bail arm when winding in and make sure it is being wound on evenly

You need to add a washer or two to the spool.
