My dad gave me some lures and gear, not sure what this one is called, looks like a dressed jig (if that how you’d describe it) I’m a little lost and not sure what to target with this, do I treat it like a regular jig minus adding a thing to the hook?

That’s a marabou jig usually made for crappie but it can catch almost anything from bass to perch. It doesn’t need anything else just fish it like you would any other jig
I’ve caught bass on a fuzz e grub which is pretty much the same thing as this marabou jig
