I don’t know that better is the right term, but the inline spinner is probably going to be easier to catch fish with and a wider variety of fish.

Spinner for sure. All other lures you gotta know how to hold your mouth right.

There are too many variables to be able to say that one is “better” than the other. One might be better in a specific body of water on a specific day, and the other might be better in the same body of water the next day.
That being said, I’d definitely start with the spinner.

There’s no such thing as better, lures are situational. What’s better for one scenario may be worst for the next scenario.
