How did you restring it? It looks like you didn’t keep any tension and now the line is all falling off the spool. I would make a second attempt at stringing that reel.

You put the line on the wrong way or you’re casting into strong wind.

Tie it off to a fence post or something using a swivel.
Walk your line as far out as you can and reel it back on with some tension.
I do this every single time I spool and its solved all my issues.

Cheap mono combined with poor line laying on the reel.

After you cast, close your bail manually, lift the tip of the rod until it’s as tight as it gets, then start reeling.
Took me a few tries after someone taught me and now I never have this problem
