Just got into ultra light, is this decent starter kit?
Planning on buying some more mule fishing when they get back in stock but for now should be able to catch me, bass,perch,crappie,bluegill/sunfish yea? Anything else you would add?
I mostly use atomic teasers and microcranks with my ultralight

Unless you’re fishing really deep or don’t have a rod that can handle it, I would get some lighter jigs too. Eagle Claw Pro V Bend are awesome. They have a big enough hook for the occasional larger fish but come in 1/32 and 1/16. If you can’t cast a 32nd far enough, use a cigar bobber.
I still have the Mule website bookmarked, their stuff looks great.
Edit: those almost look like they *are* Pro V Bends

I like to pick up some small worms (red wigglers, but nightcrawlers work) if I want bluegill as they’re pretty easy with worms and you can use them has live or cut bait for bigger stuff. I add trout powerbait for my area as well. With worms you’re likely to at least get something.
