I just inherited these rods and have no information on them whatsoever. If anyone has any experience I’d love to hear about it. Also, the 5wt is broken in its second piece and was wondering if it’s fixable.
Take the broken rod into an Orvis dealer and have them send it off for an evaluation — they may replace the broken section or exchange for a comparable new rod.
The 2 wt one ounce was my favorite small stream rod, I broke the butt section last year and Orvis was unable to replace it, the sent me a new 2wt glass rod, which I am learning to love as much as the graphite.
