He’s been laying on his side like this for awhile, it seems he has a hard time staying up right. I thought it was swim bladder disease so I tried treating that, but it hasn’t seemed to gotten any better. Now I can’t even get him to eat anymore. He’s around 3 years old at this point. If anyone knows what could be wrong with him it would be of great help

If I had one of these and this situation I would 1) search “flowerhorn” this forum as there seems to be advice fromany posts in past 2) stop by r/flowerhornkeepers which looks active and 3) Google “aquarium co-op flowerhorn” for reliable guidance
