I’ve been running out of an older boat for years and decided to finally buy a new one. Went on Friday and put a down payment on this 2024 Skeeter ZXR20.
Was hoping to pick it up yesterday, but the holiday weekend has all the financing folks busy, especially since a lot of them took off. Hoping to get it tomorrrow if the hurricane doesn’t derail those plans (I’m in Houston).

Not gonna lie I’m jealous haha. Me and my father in law have been slowing trying to turn my 1436 Jon boat into a bass boat. I’ve got a Suzuki 9.9 to put on the back but trying to finish a few other things like mounting the bow trolling motor and getting the bilge pump installed before I do that.

That thing is gorgeous, can’t go wrong with a skeeter/SHO combo, I’ve been fishing out of my partners 2011 fx21 and it’s the perfect mix of speed, handling, big water capability and it’s nice to fish out of. Enjoy it!!
