Wasn’t sure where to post this. Little late by the time I noticed but this lobster from Costco was V notched and actually had eggs with it.

  1. Contact Costco customer support. In Costco’s view, this amounts to a serious quality control failure, so they will take it quite seriously as they don’t mess around when it comes to their suppliers.

    Include info like the date and store where it was purchased and they will be able to track the supplier

    That lobster is notched on the wrong flipper so I don’t think it’s effective. The notch should be on the next one over to the left.

    The v belongs on the second flipper in from the right. I am a commercial license holder in Maine. You frequently see fishermen clout chasing by stacking these little pieces up to take pictures with. I suspect a majority are bored just clupping random flippers on legal lobsters
