That looks like a damselfy nymph to me. They’re micro predators who’ll take down shrimp or small fish in your tank with ease if they get the opportunity.

The eyes indicate that it’s a damselfly nymph of some description. They’ll brutalize your livestock as they are voracious predators. They can also live for quite a while. I’d remove it ASAP if you can.
