I also did just feed him, not sure if that’s relevant. I gave him a little pinch of frozen brine shrimp and two betta pellets.

a little bit, your betta looks slightly obese but it could be because you just fed him, how much are you feeding him and how often?

Looks a little bloated for sure. Could be constipated. I would fast for 2-3 days and then give daphnia to help move things along. Turning your heater up a notch (as long as it stays below 82) might also help.
If that doesn’t help, you could try epsom salt baths daily as well
