What else might I need? I know rigs, but im gonna go out with a friend to do a little rig shopping and am mostly concerned with the absolute basics. Basically all the stuff I would need to catch dinner and go home.and yes the hooks have to be inline circle per the species I want to catch and laws in my state.

Prices look good, but the hooks pictured are not circle hooks. I know the name says they are, so idk if they’re named incorrectly or if the picture is wrong
Yeah those are not circle hooks. Google image circle hooks and you’ll see why.
Those are more for Texas rigging. Putting on a soft bait so it covers the hook so you can get through weeds and such.
