At first i thought it was just a scratch on his back (one month ago) but it got bigger and now it reached the bone and it also appeared on the bottom (second pic). I went to the animal shop and they told me that it was probably an infection, i followed his instructions and i salted the water. Useless to say it didn't work, maybe i did something wrong salting the water but i need help please

If the wound is so deep you can see your axolotl’s bone this is an emergency. Salt is not going to cut it.

This is serious and it needs real medicine. You need to take it to a vet within the next few days. Do not leave it too long. This could be lethal if left untreated. Your pet is in serious pain. You need to act now. If you can’t afford to take it to a vet, you need to find a rescue or animal welfare society and surrender your pet so they can get the care they desperately need.
