Spinnerbaits are probably the greatest lure invented for bass fishing all things considered. The simplicity, ease of manufacturing, cost to consumer, they hold up extremely well to multiple fish, they are naturally weedless, can be very versitile..

I can’t catch anything on spinnerbaits.
Inline spinners is a different story. I’ve been killing smallies in the river with rooster tails and mepps.
I’ve never caught a fish on a traditional spinnerbait.
I caught tons of bass on Senkos this summer. A few on ploppers.
