That’s a great catch, but I wouldn’t have kept it. The big ones are the breeders, and they tend to have worms and other issues. Even if it’s totally healthy, they don’t taste nearly as good as the smaller slot ones. Throw him back next time and maybe you’ll catch him a little bigger next year
