Not a bad option but most bettas enjoy a longer tank vs a tall one as certain types (halfmoons, rosetails, etc) with long tails may find it more difficult to get to the surface to get air. If you do go with this tank, I’d suggest putting plenty of resting spots near the top for your betta!

Yeah I have a similar one that’s 30L, we’re looking to upgrade now but it was a really good starter setup. Just make sure you also have the proper equipment for water changes since that doesn’t come with the rank. You’ll also need to cycle the tank for a while before adding any fish to it though.
