Aquariums: Rate my boyfriends tank

For their tank set up they have a Eheim 350T Canister filter & a sponge filter with a bubble wall for oxygen. All natural set up (not counting the glotetras), full cleaning crew, weekly water changes, and they only get fed frozen.
