Betta Fish: Went on a rescue mission 🥴

After seeing a post this morning, made my way to a local pet store and sure enough there was an entire shelf of 50% off little sweet girl and boy betta fish. Mostly looking half dead and at best just pale and dejected in those horrible little cups 😢 50% off?!!! How rude!

Anyways – went from having 2 bettas to 8 in like ten minutes. (We own four dogs at , and have 3 foster puppies at the moment, too. Someone in this house is a major sucker 😜)

Each fish is in a temporary housing situation (in their own tank obv.) as I ordered what they need (soft plants, hiding spaces, good food etc) and it should all be delivered tomorrow. Hope they make it!
