Mr Blue is an ass to ONLY to my two Purple/red fish. I have 2 of them, they look identical and one is always hiding because of Blue.
He lives peacefully with everyone else.
No one is sick or injured. He's been this way since day 1.
The two purple as a result hide and don't swim as often with their school which sucks.
Any suggestions?

Is he the only blue one? He may not be able to school properly with the others because he’s a lonely color. Fish socialization is weird.
Because theyre skirt tetras, meaning theyre mean lil guys.
