This was caught in San Diego California at a pier we regularly fish at. We already ruled out guitarfish, since the mouth is completely different than any other one we have seen. It was about 4 feet long and 3 of us were all caught on it. It almost snapped my rod in half and ended up taking off all 3 of our line.
